Two people were killed and at least 15 people were wounded in a spate of shootings across the city late Friday and early this morning, Chicago police said ... A man was fatally shot in the head at 12:34 a.m. on the West Side in East Garfield Park, according to police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines.
